General Support

Please use the form in your dashboard.

For bug reports or API issues, include:

  • The endpoint you're calling

  • The error message or unexpected behavior

Response times vary — this is an independently-run service. We prioritize by urgency and read everything. Expect a reply within a few business days for non-critical issues, faster for things that are actually broken.

Billing

Payment processing, refunds, and billing disputes are handled by Polar.sh (our Merchant of Record and payment provider). Contact them directly through their platform for any billing-related issues.

Security

Report vulnerabilities using the form in your dashboard. Select the appropriate category and describe the issue.

We take security seriously and will acknowledge reports within 48 hours. Please allow reasonable time to address issues before public disclosure.
